The KIO Method Ltd provides educational content, masterclasses, courses and mentoring aimed at helping people who have already lost a significant amount of weight to maintain that weight loss. This includes, among other things, STORM WARNING, GAME CHANGERS, SOOTHED and ALL YOURS.
Mel Harris is not a medical professional. All content, coaching and advice provided by The KIO Method Ltd is for educational and informational purposes only, based on Mel's own lived experience, and does not constitute medical, dietary, psychological or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, dietitian or other healthcare professional, particularly in relation to weight loss surgery, GLP-1 medication, or any underlying health condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional before making any changes that may affect your health.
Results vary from person to person, and The KIO Method Ltd cannot and does not guarantee any specific outcome. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Payment is taken through Stripe at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated for a specific product.
STORM WARNING. Full refund if cancelled 72 hours or more before the webinar start time. 50% refund if cancelled between 48 and 71 hours before the webinar start time. No refund inside 48 hours of the webinar start time. Cancelled bookings do not receive the recording or any of the accompanying materials.
GAME CHANGERS. No refunds. This is a digital product with instant access on payment. By completing your purchase, you confirm you wish to access the content immediately and acknowledge that you give up your statutory right to cancel once access has been granted.
SOOTHED. Full refund if cancelled 72 hours or more before the start of the cohort. 50% refund if cancelled between 48 and 71 hours before the start of the cohort. No refund inside 48 hours of the cohort start.
ALL YOURS. Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of payment. No refund after that, and no refund once the programme has started, regardless of how much or how little access has been used. Payment must be received at least 5 full working days before the programme start date.
Access to any purchased content, including masterclass recordings, modules or workbooks, will be provided in the manner described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
All content provided by The KIO Method Ltd, including but not limited to written material, video, audio and workbooks, remains the intellectual property of The KIO Method Ltd. You may use it for your own personal purposes but may not reproduce, resell or distribute it without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The KIO Method Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
