What you are joining the waitlist for
You did the hardest part. You lost the weight.
Then the aftercare finished, the compliments stopped, and you were left on your own with the part nobody sat you down and explained: keeping it off.
In a minimum of ninety minutes, live and online, Mel Harris will give you the first set of skills for that job. This is the second set of skills, the ones for living afterwards, taught by a woman who lost fifteen stone, regained three of it once the support disappeared, got it back off alone, and has now kept it off for over fifteen years.
The problem isn't the weight coming back. It's that nobody ever taught you the second set of skills.
Who this is for
This is for you if you have lost a significant amount of weight, by any method at all, whether that was bariatric surgery, a GLP-1 medication such as Mounjaro, Wegovy or Ozempic, or diet and exercise on your own, and you reached your goal weight twelve months ago or longer.
- The scales have started creeping in the wrong direction and you do not know how to stop it
- The food noise will not switch off, all day, every day
- You are frightened that one bad day is the start of the whole slide back
- Your clinic aftercare ended and there was nothing on the other side of it
- You still feel like the old you, just in a smaller body
- You have not told anybody how worried you are, because of the shame
If you are still losing weight and have not reached goal yet, this is not for you yet.
